Diese AGB gelten für alle Verkäufe von Kunstwerken über sketchbook.de an Verbraucher und Unternehmer.
Abweichende Bedingungen des Käufers gelten nur bei schriftlicher Zustimmung.
(1) Vertragsgegenstand sind ausschließlich Originalwerke oder autorisierte Editionen von Georg Bischof:

(3) Leichte Abweichungen in Farbe, Material oder Format stellen keinen Mangel dar, da sie werkimmanent sind.

(2) Der Vertrag kommt zustande durch Auftragsbestätigung oder Versand.
(3) Bei hochpreisigen Werken kann der Verkäufer eine manuelle Bestätigung verlangen.

(1) Der Käufer verpflichtet sich, bei Weiterverkauf die Provenienzdaten korrekt weiterzugeben.
(2) Änderungen am Werk dürfen nicht ohne Zustimmung erfolgen.
(3) Der Künstler hat ein Recht auf Nennung als Urheber bei Weiterveräußerung.
(1) Gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht 14 Tage.

Alters- oder materialbedingte Veränderungen bei Kunstwerken sind kein Mangel.
Unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit.
Ansonsten auf vorhersehbaren Schaden begrenzt.
Deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.
Unwirksame Bestimmungen berühren die übrigen Regelungen nicht.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of artworks via sketchbook.de to private collectors and commercial buyers worldwide.
Any conflicting terms of the Buyer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
(1) The contract concerns the sale of original artworks or authorized editions created by Georg Bischof, including:

(2) Taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

No guarantee of appreciation in value is given.

Age-related or material-related changes typical for artworks do not constitute defects.

Otherwise limited to foreseeable damages.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected
